Imagine if god was a high school girl. Imagine if that girl was imaginative, headstrong girl who can and does alter reality whenever it suits her. Now imagine that she's totally oblivious to the consequences of her actions, and that her friends end up trying to restore the universe to status quo by the end of every arc. (Or attempting to, anyways.)

Well, this is Kyon (or Kyonko?) as a girl. I can imagine Haruhi getting bored one day and suddenly deciding to flip the gender of the entire cast.
